After being mesmerised by a school friend playing a hit song of the radio, (glyserine by a band bush), things just havn't been the same .Shocked at how easy it looked, with what i now know as a bar chord moving up and down the fret, it seemed surreal that these people with god like social status could be copied so easily by simpletons like us............................................................ ................................................................................................................. Gathering all the music possible the, listening started, but just listening was never enough and a guitar soon made it's way to my self centered little hands. Thinking I to could produce this sort of magic myself, I found out another friend just down the road had the exact same fasination, we put our two dellusional minds together and started a plan to conquer the music world,needless to say it didn't quit work out as we would have liked due to many reasons............. anyway............. This nasty obsessive habit of writing i have picked up is sometimes all consuming, crafting songs mostly based on different perspectives of life and emotion and keeping the sound as true as possible, main ingredients being acoustic guitar and vocals................. knowing i am not the greatest muso in the world being the guitar being a bit messy and a voice that seems not to hit that note perfect everytime i think the essence of the songs still hit home loud and clear, hope you think so to.................. the first album i was given was accompilation made up of various rock bands a friend was into on that cd was a band i got all exited about, when i asked that friend who this band was and when there next album was due out he just looked at me like an absolute moran and said nirvana and the lead singers dead, i was absolutely gutted. nirvana, the beatles, the doors, pearl jam, pink floyd, powderfinger
